What is Feed Tracking?
It is an instant process which alerts everyone following that record whenever a field value changes or whenever a comment is received for a record.
To enable Feed Tracking,
Your Name ➤ Setup ➤ Customize ➤ Chatter ➤ Feed Tracking.
Conventions followed,
Users can post to feeds, comment on other posts, share files and links, work together on documents, and more.With @mentions, users can mention a person's name to make sure that person sees their update. And with hashtags, users can add topics to posts and comments so other people can find their updates more easily.Note: Feed Tracking can be enabled for only 20 fields per Object
